Feb 21, 2012 - replacing the back most spring is a BEAR....using the $11 spring tool is worth the money.. Also, saving trick for back spring,, use stretching tool and place coins or washers on opposite side of spring coils to hold stretch, tilt tub toward back spring, contact spring to washer, after connected- tilt tub toward front and coin will come out....IT WORKS !!!
